REFUND POLICY

At ComicShield, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and will always make a reasonable effort to support our customers. Due to the nature of our products and shipping process, the following terms apply.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by ComicShield upon review.

We evaluate each situation individually and may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement

  • Provide a partial or full refund

  • Suggest an alternative resolution

However, ComicShield is not obligated to issue a refund in any circumstance.

2. Shipping Disclaimer

ComicShield relies on third-party carriers for delivery.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines, handling conditions, or outcomes

  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused during transit

All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with documentation or support, but:

  • We cannot guarantee claim outcomes or compensation

3. Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

All custom orders are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom print runs

  • Plate creation costs

  • Cutting die costs

  • Any product manufactured to customer specifications

Once production has begun, these costs are committed and cannot be reversed.

4. Order Issues

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@comicshield.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

We will review:

  • The nature of the issue

  • Supporting documentation (photos, descriptions, etc.)

  • Any relevant shipping or handling details

Based on this review, we may determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

5. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, etc.):

  • Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds, if issued, may be reduced by shipping and handling expenses

6. Policy Updates

ComicShield reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
